Notes to remember:

I will be the one who will issue an invoice

Instant Send is not allowed

A 50% down payment is required after the commission request is accepted.

The remaining 50% must be paid after the sketch is approved.

Work on the final piece will only continue once full payment is completed.

Each commission includes one (1) character only.

Default background: solid color (free).

Backgrounds are added under Additionals

Please provide clear references and give specific instructions

Make sure you are familiar with my art style before commissioning.

Will NOT Draw: Mecha, Furry, NSFW, or extremely complex designs as it is not my forte.

Commissions are first-come, first-served.

No rush commissions.

Final artwork will be sent via email (Gmail).

Refunds are handled under specific conditions to ensure fairness for both artist and client:

Full Refund (100%) - If the artist cancels the commission before starting.

Partial Refund (50%) - If the client cancels the commission before the sketch is started.

No Refund - Once the sketch has been started or completed; After revisions have been made, if the client becomes unresponsive after work has begun.
Additional Notes

Revisions during the sketch phase are free, but once approved, major revisions will incur additional charges.

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction caused by ignoring the artist’s style or previously provided samples.
Artist & Client Rights
I reserve the right to:

Decline any commission for personal reasons

Post finished artwork on my social media as samples (unless requested private)

Charge additional fees depending on complexity

I retain full rights and ownership of the artwork.

Commercial use will cost 2× the base price.
You may:

Request updates

Ask for revisions during the sketch phase

Use the artwork for personal use only
